Exchange Policy

At Iced Out Zone, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If your item isn’t the perfect fit or you’d like to exchange it for a different style, our exchange process is designed to make it simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange, as they are made specifically to your specifications.

Exchange Fee

A $50 exchange fee applies to all exchanges to cover processing and administrative costs.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@icedoutzone.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide you detailed instructions.
  3. Return the Item: Ship the product back to us as its original condition.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
Be in original condition (no signs of wear or damage).
Include all original packaging and tags.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your replacement item will be processed and shipped within 10 business days.

Why Custom Orders Are Excluded

Customized items are crafted exclusively for you, making them non-exchangeable. This ensures that every custom piece aligns with your unique preferences.
